You don’t need to be a traveler to know the importance of wearing good shoes. And if you are a peripatetic person, you would be nodding your head in agreement with me right now. If your legs tire or ache easily when you walk, it’s probably the shoes that you are wearing.
I love to travel, I would be on the go whenever I have enough financial resources. There are many places which I want to explore, namely South Korea. I was there for only 10 hours during a transit and there’s this bond already. When the time comes, and deo volente (God willing), I will go. And before I go, I’d make sure my family and I get those Vasque Boots . With those good boots, we’ll be better equipped for the adventures that comes with every trip abroad.

People ask me if I ever want to invest in a business or something. It sounds like a good idea, especially if I choose something that I really like, and getting a person whom I could trust to handle it well. If ever I would ever pursue a business, I might do that in our home country. But then, there are other overhead expenses that I have to think about like business insurance for management.
I am not really sure if I could run a business, since I have not done that myself ever. But who knows? There’s always a first time and there will always be open doors for those who are not afraid to venture in anything new. Again, life will always be full of risks to take. So I might take my chances!

Buildings fascinate me everytime. The first thing that comes to my mind is the creativity of the architects who designed the building, and how the engineers did an excellent job at working on them. I appreciate buildings more when I try to take photos of them at night. Night shots are a bit challenging, so I always feel that sense of fulfillment whenever I take a good shot.
I wonder how I’d fare when designing a building? It would sure be a challenge and would need lots of creativity. Of course, strong building materials like aluminum stock would be needed too! Gosh, I don’t think I would do well in that kind of job. I’d rather stick to teaching. Speaking of which, it’s one tough job, too… but very fulfilling!

Schenker wants to learn how to play guitar. But for now, he’s learning how to play piano. So maybe when he’s got enough time, we will send him for guitar lessons as well.
Learning to play the guitar is one of the many things I want to do. I just envy those people who are so good at strumming their luna guitars and how they make feel-good music. I love it too when guitar players do plucking for acoustics. How I wish I could learn to play this popular and wonderful string instrument. I wonder if it’s that easy to strum and use my fingers to create music. For me, when I look at how players do their thing on the guitar, it seems like it is an easy task and it looks so natural how they let their fingers slide on those strings. I wish someone would teach me to play the guitar, even just the basic, so that I won’t go on dreaming anymore.

That’s on my wishlist – a family trip to the US.
My husband has been teaching Schenker History and Geography. Right now, they’re studying about the US. It just so happened that they’re specifically studying about Georgia, the state where we had a short vacation 2 years ago.
My son’s been asking when he can go to the US. I have been telling him to pray about it because with God, nothing is impossible.
It would be great for the kids to experience winter. I am pretty sure we would need a heated mattress pad as the kids are not used to the biting cold the winter brings.
Anyways, my fingers are truly crossing for a family trip to the US.

One of the most memorable moments I did with Schenker was to take a helicopter ride to see the view of the 12 Apostles at the Great Ocean Road in Melbourne, Australia last year. Actually, he was still too young to appreciate the chopper ride but I am pretty sure that when he grows up, he would appreciate the memory of being able to fly up there just to see the aerial view of the ocean.
My secret wish is to someday hike with Schenker with our dakine attires and be able to see the beautiful scenic view of Ladakh, India. Yes, I am still holding on to that dream.
It would be another moment not to be forgotten.

Schenker would definitely like to have one of those Big Fish Audio Guitars. He is so much into music and very interested in learning how to play musical instruments.
Right now, he is learning how to play piano. It’s kind of slow learning because he doesn’t usually practice at home.
I am hoping he would pick it up soon so he can move to drums lessons and guitar lessons. I am happy that Schenker is musically inclined, because I love to hear music.
Maybe, one these days, her can play music for me perfectly. For now, he’s just practicing.

Dad once told me that he’d never let me ride a motorbike even if I was older. I was a little frustrated with him when he said that, but I’m sure he would have thought about it carefully before telling me that.
Since then I had always wondered why he was so strict about riding motorbikes. I once told him we could go to a shop that sells motorcycle windshields so we could install one on a bike if we purchased one.
Nevertheless, he was not impressed, and shared some stories with me about friends he had known who’ve had bike accidents and were injured in the accidents.
Since then I understood why Dad was careful about me riding motorbikes.

Dad works really hard to raise us up. Dad sometimes would have to travel overseas for meetings and would usually be away for a week or so. That’s when I miss him a lot. I remember when I was little, I used to cry a lot whenever he leaves for overseas assignments. Well, I really wish Dad didn’t have to travel so much because we all miss him when he is away.
I really wish Dad didn’t have to travel so much or found a job that would keep him here but I guess he has no choice. He works hard so we can have good university education some day.
Deep down in my heart I hope that I’d get a full scholarship so Dad could be debt free and not take a study loan for my education.

We love hanging out at the malls. You get to see things, buy stuff and enjoy nice restaurants. We love watching the kids play at the play area at Mc Donalds Subang Parade. Kids would enjoy eating their burgers and fries while enjoying the play area. It is a conducive environment where the kids feel safe playing while the parents enjoy a nice meal together.
One day while the kids were playing, I noticed my kids were a little under weight, and thought I should do something about it. I talked to my hubby and decided that we would supplement our kids meals with http:://www.weightlosssupplement.org/apidextra/ supplement, and am glad it worked on them.
I am a happy mother as you can tell.
